Beautiful Ferris Wheel Yarn Review

I absolutely love the color blends, the feel, and the warmth of the yarn. It works up into beautiful color transitions as a throw as well. I think the only negative thing I can say is that it gets pretty thin in some places as you work through it, however, it doesn't seem to be effect the overall pattern/look of the throw. I would buy this yarn again for anything and everything wearable.

A delicious yarn

Made a lap blanket with 4 different shades of ferris wheel and the yarn makes me want to make more! Soft, colorful, well spun/intact, easy to work with, and love the dye variations.

Beautiful and so soft

This is my 2nd project using Ferris wheel yarn. It is easy to work with, beautifully self striping and in gorgeous colors. I look forward to more projects because it is so easy to work with.

Mixed Feelings

I crocheted a shrug out of Ferris Wheel in the color Buttercup. This was my first time working with a one ply roving-type yarn, so I was surprised and disappointed that it was nearly impossible to rip out stitches to make corrections. The yarn sticks to itself, making the user force the strands apart, which sometimes causes damage to the yarn. I'd suggest doing very careful calculations on the piece you're making before starting to use Ferris Wheel, or else make something so simple it won't be necessary to rip back and re-stitch. My finished garment is attractive, and I am happy with it, but I can say that if I use this yarn in the future, it would be for a scarf.
